The OSG 1311301008 is a spiral flute bottoming tap designed for threading M12x1.50 metric fine holes to a 6H class of fit. Manufactured from vanadium high-speed steel and finished with a TICN (titanium carbonitride) coating, this tap delivers extended tool life in demanding production environments. The 3-flute spiral design evacuates chips upward out of the hole, making it well-suited for blind-hole tapping operations. With a 15-degree helix angle and coolant-through capability, it maintains consistent performance at elevated cutting speeds.
