The OSG 1105611108 is a spiral point plug tap designed for threading 10-32 UNF internal threads in demanding materials. Built from powdered metal and coated with titanium carbonitride (TiCN), this tap delivers extended tool life in abrasive and high-hardness applications. The spiral point geometry pushes chips forward ahead of the cutting action, making it well-suited for through-hole tapping operations. It features 3 flutes, a right-hand thread direction, and an H2 thread limit for 3B class of fit tolerances. Overall length is 2.374 inches with a thread length of 0.866 inches (7/8 inches) and a shank diameter of 0.194 inches.
