The ORTRONICS HDFP-LCQ24AC is a high-density fiber optic patch panel designed for structured cabling installations in data centers, telecommunications rooms, and enterprise network environments. It accepts LC quad connectors and is configured for OS2 single-mode fiber, making it suitable for long-distance backbone and campus-scale optical runs. The panel ships in blue, the standard color designation for single-mode fiber connectivity. Licensed low-voltage technicians and data cabling professionals typically specify and install this panel as part of a rack-mounted fiber distribution system.
This panel is used in rack or cabinet installations where high port density and organized fiber management are required. With 6 LC quad adapter positions, the panel supports up to 24 LC single-mode connections in a compact form factor.
