The ORTRONICS 30200145 is a 110-style wiring block designed for structured cabling installations in commercial and residential data and voice distribution systems. The block accommodates 100 pairs of conductors and ships with a mounting leg, allowing it to be stacked or mounted to a backboard or wall surface. Licensed low-voltage cabling technicians and network infrastructure installers use this block to terminate, cross-connect, and manage large conductor counts in telecommunications rooms, data closets, and equipment rooms.
This 100-pair 110 block with leg is suited for new construction and retrofit applications where high-density punch-down termination is required. It is commonly deployed in horizontal or backbone cabling runs as part of a structured cabling system following TIA-568 standards. The integrated leg simplifies stacking and spacing on backboards and organizes cabling pathways in congested MDF and IDF environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard installation component for 110-style structured cabling systems requiring 100-pair punch-down blocks with mounting legs.
Installation should be performed by a licensed low-voltage cabling technician. De-energize any active circuits before terminating conductors on the block. A 110-style punch-down tool with the correct blade type is required for proper termination. Follow TIA-568 and applicable local codes for cable management, bend radius, and labeling requirements.
