The ONSRUD 91-125 is a solid carbide milling insert designed for use in CNC routing and milling operations on engineered wood and lightweight composite materials. This single-sided, diamond-shaped insert features a bright uncoated finish, a C2 carbide grade, and a positive rake geometry with a flat top chip breaker. At 0.25 inches thick with a 0.5512-inch inscribed circle, it delivers consistent cutting performance in screw-held toolholders. The neutral hand orientation makes it adaptable across standard insert-seat configurations. It is installed by CNC machining technicians and production tooling specialists.

Installation Notes

Use the correct torque tool for the clamping screw as specified by the cutter body manufacturer to avoid over-torquing the seat.
