The ONSRUD 68-050 is a 2-flute, double edge straight router bit engineered for cutting composite panels and fiberglass. The cutting edge is tipped with Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD), a material chosen specifically for its extreme wear resistance in abrasive, non-metallic substrates. With a cutter diameter of 0.25 inches and a length of cut of 0.75 inches, this bit handles edge profiling and through-cutting operations where bit longevity is a priority. The 0.25-inch shank fits standard collet sets, and the 3-inch overall length provides sufficient reach for most CNC router and handheld router setups. Right-hand cutting direction is standard for conventional milling passes.
