The ONSRUD 66-911ALTIN is a solid carbide diamond pattern router bit designed for high-performance material removal in composite applications on CNC machines. The bit runs a 0.25 inch cutter diameter with a 1 inch length of cut and a 3 inch overall length, ground from solid carbide stock and finished with an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating. AlTiN coating increases surface hardness and heat resistance at the cutting edge, extending tool life in abrasive composite materials. This is a right-hand cutting end mill style bit intended for professional CNC routing operations.
