The ONSRUD 64-025 is a downcut spiral router bit machined from solid carbide for use in CNC routing and handheld router applications. With a 0.25-inch cutter diameter and a 0.75-inch length of cut, this single-edge bit uses a right-hand cutting direction and a 21-degree helix angle to push chips downward into the workpiece during cutting. That downcut geometry helps produce clean top-surface finishes on laminates, veneers, and coated panels by reducing tear-out at the entry face. The 0.25-inch shank fits standard collets. Overall length is 2 inches with a 1.25-inch shank length. The bit is uncoated solid carbide.

This bit is suited for routing aluminum, plastics, solid surfaces, and wood. The downcut flute design is particularly well-matched to finish-critical work on double-sided laminates and veneered sheet goods where top-face quality is the priority. Installation Notes

Installation and bit changes should be performed with the router fully powered down and unplugged or with the machine in an e-stop state.
