With a 0.25 inch cutter diameter and a 1.25 inch length of cut, it delivers efficient chip evacuation in a single-edge, right-hand cutting configuration. The upcut flute geometry pulls chips up and out of the cut, reducing heat buildup and improving cut quality in thermoplastics and engineered materials. At 3 inches overall length with a 1.75 inch shank, the bit fits standard 1/4 inch collets on CNC routers and handheld routing equipment. Installation Notes
