The ONSRUD 61-082 is a single-edge, 1-flute square end router bit designed for cutting hard plastics and similar materials. Built from solid carbide, it delivers clean, precise cuts in demanding applications where chip evacuation and edge quality matter. The bit features a 1/4-inch cutter diameter, a 3/4-inch length of cut, and a 1/4-inch shank diameter with an overall length of 2.5 inches. Its straight flute geometry and right-hand cutting direction make it well suited for routing sheet goods and profiles in production and fabrication environments. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary installers of this tool.

This router bit is optimized for use on extruded acrylic, HDPE, hard plastics, polyvinylchloride, polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and UHMW. It performs reliably in both production-line CNC routing and manual router table applications where clean edge finishes on plastic stock are required. Installation Notes
