The ONSRUD 60-124MW is a solid carbide compression spiral router bit designed for clean, chip-free cuts in double sided laminated and veneered panel materials. The compression flute geometry combines an upcut base spiral with a downcut top spiral, applying opposing forces to the workpiece face and back simultaneously. This action suppresses tearout and delamination on both surfaces in a single pass. With a 0.375 inch cutter diameter, a 1.125 inch length of cut, and a 30-degree helix angle, this bit suits high-feed routing applications where surface quality on both faces is critical. Woodworking shops, cabinet fabricators, and millwork operations are the primary users.

This bit is built for routing double sided laminated sheet goods, melamine, HPL-faced panels, and veneered substrates where both the top and bottom face must remain clean and unmarred.
