The ONSRUD 57-360 is a downcut spiral router bit machined from solid carbide for use in CNC routing and handheld router applications. With a 0.5-inch cutter diameter, a 1.125-inch length of cut, and a 3-inch overall length, this bit is sized for production cutting in natural wood, solid surfaces, and wood composites. The downcut flute geometry directs chips upward into the cut, reducing tearout and splintering on the top face of the workpiece. The 30-degree helix angle and double-edge configuration support clean, consistent chip evacuation at typical production feed rates.

This bit is suited for routing operations where surface finish on the top face is the priority, such as finish cuts on hardwood panels, solid surface countertop material, and laminated wood composites.
