The ONSRUD 52-664 is a solid carbide upcut spiral router bit designed for cutting hard and soft plastics, solid surfaces, and a wide range of thermoplastic materials. With a 0.75 inch cutter diameter and a 3.125 inch length of cut, it handles deep passes in materials like ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate, HDPE, UHMW, nylon, PET, acetal, and PE. The double-edge, right-hand cutting geometry combined with an 11-degree helix angle promotes chip evacuation and a clean finish. At 0.74 pounds, the bit mounts on a 0.75 inch shank and is part of the 52-600 series. This bit is installed by CNC machine operators and tooling technicians working with plastic fabrication and machining applications.
