The ONSRUD 11-07 is a single-edge, single-flute straight router bit designed for cutting plastics and thermoplastic materials. Built from high speed steel (HSS), it features a 0.25-inch cutter diameter, a 1-inch length of cut (LOC), and a right-hand cutting direction. The square end geometry produces clean, flat-bottomed cuts. At 2.375 inches overall length (OAL) and a 0.25-inch shank diameter, it fits standard router collets used in CNC routing and handheld router applications. This bit is installed and used by machinists, plastics fabricators, and skilled tradespeople working with sheet and profile plastic stock.

Installation Notes
