The OATEY 30890 Rain-R-Shine is a 4 Oz. Medium Bodied Blue PVC Cement. This medium-bodied, fast-setting cement is ideal for PVC pipe and fittings up to 6 inches in diameter with interference fit. It is formulated for wet conditions and quick pressurization. It meets California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) standards.
