The OATEY 3036S is a medium-bodied, blue PVC solvent cement from the 3000 Series, engineered for fast installations and wet-condition applications. It is formulated to bond flexible and rigid PVC pipe and fittings up to 6 inches in diameter where an interference fit is present. With a VOC content of 454 g/L and a flash point range of 14 to 23 degrees F, this cement is designed for use in situations where quick pressurization of the joined assembly is required. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters use this product on residential and commercial potable water, drain, and pressure piping systems.

The 3036S is suited for wet-ditch work, fast-track installations, and any scenario where the pipe or fitting surfaces may retain moisture before joining.
