The NVT PHYBRIDGE NV-EC1701PLS-K3H is a triple-port Ethernet over Coax (EoC) and unshielded twisted pair (UTP) Power over Ethernet (PoE) device kit rated at 110 watts total output. It extends network connectivity and PoE power delivery over existing coaxial or UTP cabling infrastructure, eliminating the need to pull new Cat5e or Cat6 wire. This kit is used by network technicians, low-voltage installers, and security integrators working in commercial and institutional environments where legacy cabling must be reused to support IP devices.
This kit is suited for commercial installations where structured cabling upgrades are impractical or cost-prohibitive. It supports three simultaneous device connections, making it appropriate for IP camera clusters, VoIP phone deployments, and access control endpoints served by existing coax or UTP runs. The EoC and UTP dual-mode capability gives installers flexibility across mixed-cabling job sites. Each kit ships as a single unit quantity and is sold by the each.
Designed as an EoC and UTP PoE extender kit for use with IP cameras, VoIP endpoints, and access control devices in commercial network installations requiring legacy coax or UTP cabling reuse.
Installation should be performed by a licensed low-voltage technician or qualified network integrator familiar with PoE infrastructure and local electrical codes. Power down connected IP devices before connecting or disconnecting the unit from the cabling plant. Verify that total connected device power draw does not exceed the 110-watt rated output of the kit. Follow NEC low-voltage wiring guidelines and any applicable local codes for coaxial and UTP cable terminations.
