The NVT Phybridge 1701+ Base Extender Solution is engineered to boost downlink ports of Ethernet switches. It provides data rates reaching up to 420 Mbps and Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) capabilities over Coax, single pair UTP, or two-wire infrastructures. The device can extend connectivity up to eight thousand feet on RG6 cabling, significantly surpassing standard Ethernet switch reach, thus eliminating the need for multiple IDF locations.

  • Supports up to four endpoints in a point-to-multipoint topology.
  • Negotiate power with IEEE 802.3at/af compliant switches.
  • Local power option for non-PoE switch setups.
