The NSI INDUSTRIES 251 is a 3/4-inch compression-style EMT connector designed to secure electrical metallic tubing to a knockout in a junction box, panel enclosure, or conduit body. The compression fitting creates a tight mechanical connection without the need for a set-screw, locking the conduit in place with a single wrench tighten. This connector is a standard component in commercial and residential electrical rough-in work, installed by licensed electricians wherever EMT conduit terminates at an enclosure.
The 251 is suited for 3/4-inch EMT conduit installations in both indoor and sheltered outdoor environments. It is commonly used in panel feed runs, junction box terminations, and branch circuit conduit systems. Its compression design makes it appropriate for applications where a more secure conduit-to-box connection is required compared to a standard set-screw fitting.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-use compression EMT connector for 3/4-inch EMT conduit terminations at electrical enclosures, junction boxes, and load centers.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize all circuits and verify power is off before working inside any enclosure. Insert the EMT conduit fully into the connector body before tightening the compression nut to ensure a proper mechanical and bonding connection. Do not over-tighten, as this may deform the connector body or conduit end.
