The NORTON 66623325020 is a TR (Type III) quick-change non-woven abrasive disc from the Bear-Tex Rapid Prep series. Measuring 3/4 inch in diameter, it is built around vortex agglomerated aluminum oxide grain bonded to a high-loft nylon fiber web with proprietary Clean Bond resin technology. The medium grade, 120 grit construction delivers consistent surface conditioning, weld blending, and finishing without loading or glazing. Rated up to 40000 RPM, this disc is designed for use on die grinders and handheld disc sanders. It attaches via a Type R button mount with a black button, and the nylon web backing provides flexible, conformal cutting action on irregular surfaces.
This disc is suited for surface prep, deburring, weld blending, and light finishing across a broad range of materials in fabrication, maintenance, and metalworking applications. Compatible materials include 300 and 400 series stainless steel, brass, bronze, cast iron, copper, ductile iron, fiberglass and composites, gray iron, hard and soft carbon steels, super alloys, titanium, and tool steels. The small 3/4 inch diameter makes it well-suited for tight access areas, weld joints, and detailed finishing work where a full-size disc cannot reach. It is used in both shop and field environments by fabricators, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians.

Wear appropriate PPE including eye protection and gloves when operating abrasive tooling.
