Norton 66261069600 Non-woven Hand Pad Very Fine 6x9

Product Description

The NORTON 66261069600 is a very fine grade aluminum oxide non-woven hand pad designed for surface preparation, finishing, and cleaning tasks across a range of trade and industrial applications. The rectangular pad measures 6 inches wide by 9 inches long and features a green color coding consistent with very fine abrasive grade. Aluminum oxide abrasive material delivers consistent cut and surface refinement on metal, painted surfaces, and composite substrates. The non-woven construction conforms to contoured surfaces and resists loading, making it suitable for both dry and wet finishing work. Licensed tradespeople and finishing technicians are the primary users of this pad type.

This hand pad is commonly used in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical trades for cleaning fittings, deburring light burrs, scuffing surfaces before coating or bonding, and removing light oxidation or corrosion. The 6 by 9 inch format fits standard hand pad holders and works effectively by hand without a holder on flat or curved surfaces. It is suited for use on copper, steel, aluminum, and finished surfaces where a fine abrasive cut is needed without aggressive material removal.
