The NORTON 66254487418 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) abrasive disc designed for surface preparation, finishing, and stock removal on a variety of substrates. Built on a B-weight paper backing, it uses silicon carbide abrasive grain at 120 grit for fine-grade cutting action. The flexible backing conforms to slightly contoured surfaces, making it well suited for orbital and disc sanders commonly used in metalworking, woodworking, and composites finishing. Each disc measures 5 inches in diameter with no vacuum holes. This item is sold as a roll of 100 discs.

This PSA disc is appropriate for use in light manufacturing, fabrication shops, and finishing operations where a fine 120-grit cut is needed. The silicon carbide grain is well suited for sanding harder materials including stone, glass, ceramics, and non-ferrous metals, as well as sealer coats and finish coats on wood. Installation Notes

Ensure the backup pad surface is clean and free of adhesive residue before mounting a new disc. Press the disc firmly and evenly onto the backup pad to achieve full adhesive contact. Power down the sander before changing discs. Discard discs that show torn backing, loaded grain, or loss of adhesion to avoid uneven material removal.
