This wheel is designed for grinding 400 series stainless steel, hard and soft carbon steels, tool steels, aluminum, cast iron, ductile iron, and gray iron. The 32A series aluminum oxide abrasive cuts efficiently across this wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, making it a practical choice for job shops and production floor environments where multiple material types are encountered. Its non-porous, non-tapered, non-recessed Type 1 flat wheel profile suits straight surface and cylindrical grinding setups.
