The 80-grit ceramic grain is self-sharpening — as the abrasive works, it fractures to expose fresh, sharp cutting edges. A resin bond system locks grain in place throughout the disc life, and a self-lubricating grain treatment reduces heat buildup at the work surface. Rated to 30,000 RPM, this disc is built for high-speed grinding tasks in fabrication and metalworking environments.
