The NORGREN R07-200-RGEA is a miniature compressed air regulator designed to maintain consistent downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. Built around a zinc body, it handles supply pressures up to 300 psi and delivers a maximum air flow of 15 CFM through a 1/4 inch NPTF port. The regulator covers an adjustable output pressure range of 5 to 50 psi, making it well suited for precision pressure control in space-constrained installations. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure automatically, and a pressure gauge is included for immediate visual confirmation of outlet pressure. Maintenance technicians and industrial service professionals install this unit in compressed air distribution and pneumatic control circuits.
This regulator is applied in light industrial, manufacturing, and process environments where a compact footprint is required without sacrificing pressure control performance. The R07 series is commonly installed on machine tool subplates, pneumatic panels, and point-of-use air circuits where port size and flow capacity match small-bore actuator and valve requirements. Its NPTF end connections suit standard North American threaded pipe and fitting systems. The non-modular design means it is installed as a standalone unit rather than as part of a manifold stack.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation regulator for pneumatic systems using 1/4 inch NPTF connections and compressed air as the working fluid.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before removing or installing the regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for NPTF connections per system requirements, and confirm all fittings are fully seated before re-pressurizing. Do not exceed the 300 psi maximum supply pressure rating during testing or operation.
