The NORGREN PTH-200-A1AA is a miniature 2-piece FRL combination unit that integrates a filter, regulator, and lubricator into a single inline assembly for compressed air systems. It accepts a 1/4 NPT port connection and handles flow rates up to 14 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi. The zinc body and polycarbonate bowl are sized for space-constrained installations where a full-size FRL is impractical. An automatic drain removes accumulated condensate without manual intervention, and a pressure gauge is included to confirm downstream pressure at a glance. Licensed pneumatic technicians and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
This unit is suited for light industrial and manufacturing environments where compressed air tools, actuators, or pneumatic control circuits require filtered, regulated, and lubricated supply air. Its miniature form factor fits panel-mount enclosures, small machine cells, and benchtop equipment. The 40-micron filtration element traps particulate before it reaches downstream components. Operating temperature range is 0 degrees F to 125 degrees F, making it appropriate for indoor climate-controlled or light-duty outdoor applications. The 1/8 NPT gauge port accommodates standard instrumentation fittings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation FRL unit for compressed air systems requiring a 1/4 NPT inline filter, regulator, and lubricator combination in a miniature form factor.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before installation or service. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl facing downward to allow proper condensate drainage and lubricator operation. Verify that all downstream system components are compatible with the selected regulated pressure and lubricant type before commissioning.
