The NORGREN F07-200-A1MA is a miniature compressed air filter designed for inline particulate removal in pneumatic systems. It uses a sintered polypropylene filter element rated at 5 microns to capture contaminants before they reach downstream valves, actuators, and instrumentation. The unit flows up to 24 SCFM through a 0.25-inch NPT port and handles pressures up to 250 psi with a maximum operating temperature of 150 degrees F. The zinc housing is compact at 4.25 inches high by 1.63 inches wide, making it suited for installations where panel space is limited. A 1-ounce metal bowl with automatic drain keeps collected liquid from re-entering the air stream without manual intervention. Licensed HVAC technicians, pneumatic system integrators, and industrial maintenance professionals are the typical installers.
This filter is intended for use in low-pressure and medium-pressure compressed air lines in light industrial, commercial, and process control applications. Its miniature form factor suits instrument air panels, small pneumatic control circuits, and point-of-use filtration ahead of solenoid valves or positioners. The NPTF end connections allow direct threaded installation into standard piping or manifolds without additional adapters in most configurations. No modular connection is available on this unit, so it is installed as a standalone inline component.
Designed as an OEM-style inline miniature air filter for 0.25-inch NPT compressed air systems operating up to 250 psi and 150 degrees F.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or industrial maintenance professional. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before removing any existing filter or installing this unit. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service to the NPTF connections and hand-tighten before final wrench torque; do not overtighten the zinc housing. Verify flow direction and ensure the bowl faces downward to allow the automatic drain to function correctly.
