The NORDIC PURE BoxFanFilter20x20x1M16-12 is a pack of 12 MERV 16 air filters engineered specifically for use with standard 20x20 box fans. Each filter converts a standard box fan into a high-efficiency air purification setup without the need for dedicated HVAC equipment. Rated at MERV 16, the filter captures 96% of airborne particles ranging from 0.3 to 1.0 microns, including pet dander, pollen, smoke particles, mold spores, and fine allergens. The filter is constructed with 2.5 times more pleats than standard filters, which expands surface area to support both improved particle capture and extended filter service life. Each filter ships with three Velcro attachment pieces for secure mounting. Box fan is not included.

These filters are suited for residential and light commercial environments where portable air filtration is needed without a ducted system. Installation Notes

These filters are installed by end users and do not require licensed trade work. Before attaching the filter, ensure the box fan is powered off and unplugged. Use the three included Velcro pieces to secure the filter flat against the intake face of the fan, with the airflow direction arrow pointing toward the fan. Replace the filter when visible loading occurs or airflow through the fan noticeably decreases.
