The NORDIC PURE 8x18x1ExactCustomM12-6 is a custom-cut pleated air filter rated MERV 12, designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces and central air conditioners. With an actual size of 8 x 18 x 0.75 inches, this filter captures over 90% of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns and 80% to 90% of particles between 1 and 3 microns. Targeted contaminants include lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke particles, bacteria, and virus carriers. The electrostatically charged filter media improves particle attraction without significantly restricting airflow, helping the HVAC system maintain operating efficiency. Sold in a pack of six.
