Nordic Pure 18x22x1CustomM14+C-6 Merv 14 Carbon Filter

Product Description

The NORDIC PURE 18x22x1CustomM14+C-6 is a custom-cut, pleated MERV 14 air filter with activated carbon media, sized at a nominal 18x22x1 inches with actual dimensions of 17.5 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches. This filter uses electrostatically charged synthetic media combined with a carbon layer to capture airborne particulates and reduce odors in a single pass. It is rated to capture over 90% of particles between 1 and 10 microns, and between 75% and 95% of particles between 0.3 and 1 micron. Sold in a 6-pack, it is installed by HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners in residential and light-commercial forced-air systems.

This filter is designed for use in residential and commercial HVAC applications where both fine particulate control and odor reduction are required. The custom sizing makes it suitable for non-standard filter openings that standard stock sizes cannot accommodate. Typical applications include central air conditioning systems, gas furnaces, and heat pumps with 1-inch filter tracks. Because this is a custom-made product, the actual filter dimensions should be verified against the existing filter slot before ordering.
