The NORDIC PURE 16x28x1ExactCustomM14-6 is a custom-cut, pleated AC furnace air filter rated MERV 14, sold in a 6-pack. It is designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems that require high-efficiency particulate capture. The filter measures 16 x 28 x 0.75 inches actual size and weighs approximately 6 pounds per box. The electrostatically charged filter media captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and between 75% and 95% of particles in the 0.3 to 1 micron range. A moisture-resistant beverage board frame provides structural rigidity during the full service life of the filter. This filter is manufactured in the USA.

This filter is suited for residential and commercial HVAC systems that are rated to handle MERV 14 filtration or higher, including newer high-efficiency systems designed for HEPA-level filtration. It targets lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke particles, bacteria, virus carriers, and smog. Nordic Pure recommends replacing the filter every 1 to 3 months depending on environmental conditions. Households with pets or occupants with allergies may require more frequent changes.
