The NORDIC PURE 16x25x1M10-12 is a pleated MERV 10 air filter sold in a 12-pack, designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems including central air conditioners and gas furnaces. Each filter measures 15.5 x 24.5 x 0.75 inches actual size with a nominal size of 16x25x1 inches. The filter media is electrostatically charged, hypoallergenic, and antimicrobial, capturing pollen, dust, pet dander, mold spores, smoke particles, bacteria, virus carriers, and other airborne contaminants. A heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame holds the pleated media securely in the rack. MERV 10 performance is equivalent to MPR 1000 on competing rating scales. These filters are manufactured in the USA.
This filter is suited for standard 16x25x1 filter slots in residential forced-air furnaces, air handlers, and central AC systems. It is a step up from basic fiberglass or low-MERV panel filters and is well-matched for households with mild allergy concerns or pet owners who need improved particulate capture without restricting airflow to high-static levels. The 12-pack format reduces reorder frequency and supports a consistent filter change schedule of every one to three months depending on household conditions.
Designed as a drop-in replacement for nominal 16x25x1 filter slots in residential and light commercial forced-air furnaces, air handlers, and central air conditioning systems. Verify actual filter slot dimensions against the 15.5 x 24.5 x 0.75 inch actual size before installation.
Filter installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician or knowledgeable service professional. Always shut down the HVAC system at the thermostat and disconnect power at the air handler or furnace before replacing the filter. Confirm airflow direction arrows on the filter frame align with the direction of airflow toward the blower. Replace filters every one to three months, or more frequently in high-dust environments or homes with pets and allergy sufferers.
