The NORDIC PURE 16x24x4M12-1 is a MERV 12 pleated air filter designed for residential and light commercial forced-air HVAC systems. The filter media is electrostatically charged synthetic material that captures airborne particulates down to 1.0 micron. It captures more than 90% of 3.0-10.0 micron contaminants and up to 90% of 1.0-3.0 micron contaminants. The nominal size is 16x24x4 with an actual size of 15.38 x 23.38 x 3.63 inches. The frame is a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board construction with a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for structural integrity. The antimicrobial filter media inhibits bacterial and mold growth within the filter itself.

This filter is suited for residential gas furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioning systems, and air handlers where a high-efficiency disposable pleated filter is required.
