The NORDIC PURE 14x25x1PM10C-2 is a pleated MERV 10 air filter with an integrated activated carbon layer, designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The dual-material construction fuses a MERV-rated filtration layer directly to a carbon layer, delivering 33% more surface area than standard pleated designs while keeping airflow restriction low. The activated carbon captures odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), while the electrostatically charged pleated media traps airborne particulates including dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and virus carriers. This two-pack is sized at a nominal 14x25x1 and is installed by HVAC technicians or knowledgeable homeowners during routine filter service.

This filter is suited for residential forced-air furnaces, central air conditioning systems, and heat pumps where both particulate filtration and odor control are required. It performs well in households with pets, smokers, or occupants sensitive to allergens. The MERV 10 rating makes it appropriate for applications requiring performance equivalent to MPR 1000 filters.
