The NORDIC PURE 14x24x1M7+C-24 is a pleated MERV 7 air filter with an integrated activated carbon layer, designed for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems. The filter media is electrostatically charged synthetic material that captures airborne particulates on contact. A flat-panel activated carbon stage attracts and holds odorous gases, vapors, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that pass through the filter bed. The nominal 14x24x1 size fits standard residential filter housings, and the actual dimensions are 13.75 x 23.75 x 0.75 inches. This 24-pack SKU is suited for HVAC technicians, property managers, and facilities staff who stock filters in bulk.
This filter is rated for residential forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning systems where both particulate control and odor reduction are priorities. Typical applications include homes with pets, smokers, or occupants with allergies, as well as rental properties and light-commercial spaces requiring routine filter maintenance. The dual-stage design addresses both mechanical filtration of dust, pollen, dust mites, mold spores, lint, pet dander, and bacteria, as well as chemical adsorption of household odors and VOCs. Replacement interval is generally every 30 to 90 days depending on indoor air quality conditions and occupancy.
Designed as a standard replacement for any residential or light-commercial forced-air furnace or central AC system with a nominal 14x24x1 inch filter slot. Verify the actual opening dimensions before installation; the actual filter size is 13.75 x 23.75 x 0.75 inches.
Air filter replacement is performed by HVAC technicians or qualified building maintenance staff. Set the system thermostat to off and confirm the air handler has stopped before removing the existing filter. Install the replacement filter with the airflow direction arrow on the frame pointing toward the blower, not away from it. Filters in high-dust or high-occupancy environments should be inspected monthly and replaced at the shorter end of the 30-to-90-day recommended interval.
