The NORDIC PURE 14x22x1ExactCustomM14+C-6 is a custom-cut, MERV 14 pleated air filter with activated carbon media, designed for residential and light-commercial AC and forced-air furnace systems. Rated MERV 14, this filter captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns and 75% to 95% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns. The electrostatically charged synthetic filter media attracts and holds lint, household dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and viruses. The added carbon layer addresses odors and volatile particulates. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable installers specify this filter when standard nominal sizes do not fit the return-air opening.

This filter is built to exact dimensions of 14 x 22 x 0.75 inches actual size, making it a purpose-built replacement for systems where off-the-shelf nominal sizes leave gaps. It is suited for residential forced-air furnaces, split-system air handlers, and heat pumps that accept a 1-inch filter slot.
