The NORDIC PURE 14x16x1CustomM14-6 is a MERV 14 pleated air filter designed for AC and forced-air furnace systems in residential and commercial applications. With an actual size of 13.75 x 15.75 x 0.75 inches and sold in a 6-pack, this filter captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and 75% to 95% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns. The electrostatically charged filter media attracts and holds lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and virus carriers. The frame is constructed from moisture-resistant beverage board, and the media will not promote bacterial or mold growth on the filter surface. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable service professionals install this filter in systems rated to handle MERV 14 and above.

This filter is suited for residential homes and light commercial environments where high-efficiency air filtration is required. It performs well in newer, high-efficiency HVAC systems, including those originally designed for HEPA-style filtration. This is a custom-made size, hand-fabricated to the nominal dimensions of 14 x 16 x 1 inches. Depending on the exact size, the construction may incorporate tape to achieve the specified dimensions. Because this is a custom product built to order, it is non-returnable. Compatibility

Designed for HVAC systems rated to handle MERV 14 filters or higher, including newer high-efficiency residential and light commercial forced-air furnace and AC systems.
