The NORDIC PURE 14x14x1M14+C-12 is a MERV 14 pleated air filter with activated carbon, sold in a 12-pack, sized nominally at 14x14x1 inches with an actual size of 13.75 x 13.75 x 0.75 inches. The electrostatically charged synthetic media captures fine particulates including dust, pollen, mold spores, pet dander, smoke, and bacteria. A flat-panel activated carbon layer adsorbs odorous gases and VOCs to help maintain fresher indoor air. The antimicrobial filter media resists bacterial and mold growth. This filter is designed for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems rated to handle MERV 14 filtration or higher, and is installed by HVAC technicians or knowledgeable homeowners.
