The NORDIC PURE 13x24x1ExactCustomM14-6 is a custom-cut, MERV 14 pleated air filter designed for residential and commercial HVAC systems including forced-air furnaces and central air conditioners. Rated at MERV 14, this filter captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns and between 75% and 95% of particles in the 0.3 to 1 micron range, targeting lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and virus carriers. The electrostatically charged filter media enhances particle attraction without promoting bacterial or mold growth on the filter surface. This filter ships in a pack of 6 and is manufactured in the USA to the exact nominal dimensions specified at order.

This filter is sized for systems requiring a 13 x 24 x 1 inch nominal fit with an actual size of 13 x 24 x 0.75 inches. It is well suited for newer, high-efficiency residential and light commercial HVAC systems capable of handling MERV 14 filtration and above, including systems rated for HEPA-level filtration. Because MERV 14 filters impose higher airflow resistance than lower-rated options, the HVAC system must be rated to accommodate this efficiency level. Installation Notes
