Nordic Pure 13x20x1ExactCustomM10+C-12 Merv 10 Filter 12pk

Product Description

The NORDIC PURE 13x20x1ExactCustomM10+C-12 is a custom-cut, pleated MERV 10 air filter with activated carbon media, sized to exact dimensions for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Each filter measures 13 x 20 x 0.75 inches actual size and ships in a 12-pack. The electrostatically charged synthetic filter media captures over 85% of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, household dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and odors. The carbon layer targets gaseous contaminants and common household odors that standard pleated filters do not address. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners install these as direct replacements in forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems.

This filter is designed for use in forced-air HVAC applications where the standard nominal 13x20x1 slot requires an exact-fit custom size. The actual dimensions of 13 x 20 x 0.75 inches make it appropriate for systems where a fractional-inch deviation would allow bypass air around the filter frame. Custom sizing is achieved by cutting down or combining standard filter frames, which may include tape construction. The filter is manufactured in the USA. Replacement interval is typically every 30 to 90 days depending on indoor air quality conditions, occupancy, and pet presence.

Key Features

• MERV 10 rating captures over 85% of particles between 3 and 10 microns, including pollen, dust, pet dander, and mold spores
• Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors and gaseous contaminants
• Exact actual size of 13 x 20 x 0.75 inches for systems requiring precise-fit custom dimensions
• Electrostatically charged synthetic media maintains low airflow resistance while improving particulate capture
• Reinforced 2-part frame construction provides added durability and consistent filter shape over service life
• Made in the USA; ships as a 12-pack

Compatibility

Custom-made to exact dimensions for forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems requiring an actual filter size of 13 x 20 x 0.75 inches. Measure the existing filter before ordering, as custom sizes are not eligible for returns. Verify actual slot dimensions to confirm fit prior to installation.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed HVAC technician or qualified service professional. Power down the air handler or furnace at the disconnect before removing the existing filter. Confirm airflow direction marked on the filter frame aligns with system airflow before seating the filter. Because this is a custom-cut size, inspect the frame for full coverage of the filter slot with no gap around the perimeter before returning the unit to service.
