The NORDIC PURE 12x27x1ExactCustomM14-6 is a custom-cut, MERV 14 pleated AC furnace air filter sold in a six-pack. It is designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems where high-efficiency particulate capture is required. The filter media is electrostatically charged to attract and hold airborne contaminants, and the frame is built from a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board. At MERV 14, this filter captures over 90 percent of particles between 1 and 10 microns and between 75 and 95 percent of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and virus carriers. Licensed HVAC technicians and experienced DIYers install this filter in compatible forced-air systems.

This filter fits systems with a nominal filter opening of 12x27x1 and an actual installed size of 12 x 27 x 0.75 inches. It is suited for newer, high-efficiency residential and commercial HVAC systems rated to handle MERV 14 filtration or higher. Because of its high filtration efficiency, the system must be rated to handle the associated airflow restriction. Recommended change interval is every one to three months, or more frequently in homes with pets or occupants with allergies. Compatibility

Installation Notes
