The NORDIC PURE 12x26_1/2x1ExactCustomM14-6 is a custom-cut pleated air filter rated MERV 14, designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces and central air conditioners. With an actual size of 12 x 26.5 x 0.75 inches and sold in a pack of six, this filter captures over 90% of airborne particles in the 1-10 micron range and 75%-95% of particles in the 0.3-1 micron range. The electrostatically charged filter media attracts contaminants such as lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, virus carriers, and smog. A heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame provides structural integrity throughout the filter life.

This filter is suited for residential and commercial HVAC applications where high-efficiency particulate capture is required. At MERV 14, it is comparable to filters rated MPR 2800 and performs well in newer high-efficiency systems designed to accommodate MERV 14 filtration or higher.
