The NORDIC PURE 12x12x1M8MiniPleat-2 is a MERV 8 mini pleat air filter designed for residential and commercial HVAC systems. Sold in a 2-pack, these filters feature a polyester mini pleat media engineered with 2.5 times more pleats than standard flat or standard pleat filters. That increased pleat count expands the effective filtration surface area, allowing the filter to capture more airborne particles without restricting airflow. The frame is a two-part, moisture-resistant beverage board construction that holds its shape in humid conditions. The actual size of each filter is 11.75 x 11.75 x 0.75 inches, fitting filter slots with a nominal 12x12x1 rating.

These filters are suited for forced-air furnaces, central air conditioning systems, and air handlers in both residential homes and light commercial buildings. The MERV 8 rating makes them effective against common airborne contaminants including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, dust mites, and mold spores. They are an appropriate choice for standard indoor environments and properties with pets or moderate dust levels. Installation Notes

Note the airflow direction arrow printed on the filter frame and orient it so the arrow points toward the blower, away from the return air duct. Replace the filter access panel securely before restoring power to the system.
