The NORDIC PURE 10x20x1M14+C-6 is a MERV 14 pleated air filter with an integrated activated carbon layer, sold in a 6-pack. The electrostatically charged synthetic filter media captures fine airborne particulates while the flat-panel activated carbon layer adsorbs odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Rated MERV 14 and equivalent to MPR 2800, this filter is engineered for high-efficiency residential and light commercial HVAC systems capable of handling the increased static pressure that comes with MERV 14 and above filtration. A licensed HVAC technician should verify system compatibility before installation.
