The NORDIC PURE 10x16x1CustomM14-6 is a custom-cut, MERV 14 rated pleated air filter sold in a 6-pack, designed for residential and commercial HVAC systems including forced-air furnaces and central air conditioners. With a nominal size of 10x16x1 and an actual size of 9.5 x 15.5 x 0.75 inches, these filters capture over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and 75% to 95% of particles between 0.3 and 1 micron. The electrostatically charged pleated media targets lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, virus carriers, and smog. Licensed HVAC technicians and qualified service professionals typically handle installation in systems rated for MERV 14 filtration and above.
