The NOGA UB1150 is a one-piece deburring blade holder designed for front and back hole chamfering in metal, plastic, and composite materials. It accepts Type UB deburring blades and fits maximum hole diameters up to 0.61 inches, making it suited for close-tolerance deburring work on drilled or punched holes. The holder measures 0.594 inches in overall length and delivers consistent edge treatment without requiring separate pilot engagement. Machinists, pipefitters, and sheet metal workers use this tool type during fabrication and finishing operations where clean hole edges are required before assembly or threading.
The UB1150 is used in both shop and field applications where controlled deburring of front and back hole edges is needed. It is compatible with standard power deburring tool handles that accept Type UB blade holders. Typical applications include deburring drilled holes in tubing, sheet metal panels, structural members, and enclosures across HVAC, electrical, and mechanical trades. The one-piece construction eliminates blade holder assembly steps, reducing setup time at the workstation or in the field.
Designed for use with Type UB deburring blades and compatible power deburring tool handles that accept the UB blade holder system.
Install and remove deburring blades only when the power tool is disconnected from its power source. Ensure the blade holder is fully seated and locked in the tool handle before operation. Wear appropriate eye protection during deburring - metal chips and burrs are ejected during use. Follow applicable shop safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines for the host power tool.
