The NOGA UB1105 is a one-piece deburring blade holder designed for front and back hole chamfering on metal workpieces. It accepts Type UB blades and is rated for a maximum hole diameter of 7/16 inch (0.433 inch decimal, 11.000 mm). The holder is built as a single integrated unit with no separate blade installed at the factory, allowing the technician to fit the appropriate UB-series blade for the application. Machinists, pipefitters, and metal fabricators use this tool during finishing operations to clean burrs left by drilling, punching, or reaming. Its compact overall length of 0.406 inch keeps it maneuverable in tight part geometries.
The UB1105 is suited for light deburring work on holes ranging from 10.50 mm to 11.000 mm in diameter. It is commonly used in metal fabrication shops, HVAC ductwork manufacturing, electrical panel fabrication, and plumbing rough-in work where drilled holes in sheet metal or pipe brackets require edge cleanup before assembly. The one-piece construction eliminates blade-seat wobble common in multi-piece holders, making it a practical choice for production environments where consistent chamfer quality matters.
Designed for use with Type UB series deburring blades. Fits holes from 10.50 mm to 11.000 mm in diameter. Specific blade compatibility is limited to the Type UB designation - do not attempt to seat blades from other series.
Installation of the UB-series blade into this holder should be performed with the workpiece secured and the driving tool or handle disconnected from any power source. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling and seating deburring blades, as edges are sharp before and after use. Verify the blade is fully seated and locked in the holder before beginning any deburring operation. This tool is typically used by machinists and metal fabricators following standard shop-safety protocols for hand and power deburring equipment.
