The NOGA UB1080 is a one-piece deburring blade holder designed for front and back hole chamfering operations on drilled or punched holes. Built for Type UB blade compatibility, this tool accepts standard UB-series deburring blades and handles holes up to 0.3346 inches (8.5 mm) in maximum diameter and a minimum of 8.0 mm. The holder itself has an overall length of 0.313 inches, making it a compact, precision-fit component for power deburring setups. Machinists, tool and die workers, and metal fabrication professionals use this holder when consistent, repeatable edge finishing is required on small-diameter holes.
The UB1080 fits into power deburring tool systems that accept Type UB holders. It is suited for use on CNC machining centers, drill presses, and handheld power tools in metal fabrication, automotive, and general manufacturing environments where burr removal on both the entry and exit sides of a hole is required in a single pass. The one-piece construction keeps the holder rigid during operation, reducing chatter on small, precise bore diameters.
Designed for use with Type UB deburring blade systems. Blade is not included; this holder accepts Type UB series blades sold separately.
Installation of this blade holder should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician familiar with power deburring equipment. Ensure the power tool or machine spindle is fully de-energized and locked out before mounting or removing the holder. Verify blade seating and holder engagement before resuming operation. Follow the tool manufacturer's torque and retention guidelines for blade holder assembly.
