The NOGA RG1000 is a 4-piece hand deburring tool set designed to remove burrs, sharp edges, and flashing from metal, plastic, and composite workpieces. Each set includes four blade types - B, D, N, and S - covering a wide range of deburring and chamfering applications. All blades are machined from high speed steel (HSS) for durability and edge retention during repetitive hand deburring work. This set is used by machinists, pipefitters, plumbers, and HVAC technicians wherever cut tubing, drilled holes, or machined surfaces require clean, safe edges before assembly or installation.
The RG1000 set is suited for light industrial, commercial, and trade service applications. It handles deburring tasks on pipe ends, sheet metal edges, and drilled or punched holes. The included hole chamfering blade makes it practical for countersinking and edge-breaking on through-holes without a separate tool. The compact 9-inch package length makes it easy to carry in a service bag or toolbox, and the 0.4-pound total weight keeps hand fatigue low during extended use.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and supplemental blade set compatible with NOGA deburring tool handles that accept B, D, N, and S blade series inserts.
Hand deburring tools are used by plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, and machinists as part of standard pipe and conduit preparation. Always deburr cut pipe ends and drilled holes before fitting, threading, or sealing to prevent damage to O-rings, threads, and mating surfaces. Blade changes should be made with the handle secured and away from the body. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling or swapping HSS blades.
