The NOGA RC2300 is a bi-directional deburring and countersink blade designed for use with compatible NOGA deburring tool holders. The R3 blade features a maximum head diameter of 0.86 inches and is constructed from a combination of carbide and high speed steel (HSS) for durability across a range of materials including stainless steel. It chamfers the front face of holes and can deburr back surfaces, front surfaces, and hole sides in a single tool pass. Machinists, tool and die technicians, and mechanical tradespeople use this blade for fast, clean edge preparation on drilled or punched holes.
The RC2300 is suited for deburring operations in metal fabrication shops, maintenance environments, and production settings where hole finishing on stainless steel and similar materials is required. The bi-directional cutting action allows the blade to engage material on both forward and reverse strokes, improving efficiency when working through multiple hole edges. Compatible surface types include back sides, front sides, and through-holes.
Designed for use with the NOGA RC2200 deburring tool holder. Compatible surface types include back sides, front sides, and through-holes.
Blade replacement is performed by qualified machinists or maintenance technicians familiar with NOGA deburring tool systems. Ensure the holder is disengaged from any power source or clamped workpiece before swapping blades. Seat the blade fully in the RC2200 holder and confirm it is locked before use. Wear appropriate cut-resistant gloves when handling exposed carbide and HSS cutting edges.
